RPM Spin

Les Mills RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Muscle Max

Muscle Max is high energy, high intensity! Trainer Cliff Goodrow gets your heart rate up and keeps it there during this 50-75 minute weight-lifting, resistance training and conditioning class. During the class you will use free weights, strength machines, and body weight exercises to shape your muscles and burn body fat.

Cardio Meltdown

This 60-minute class is a fun and energetic way to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and tone your body. Class consists of a warm-up followed by traditional cardio moves mixed in with body weight movements and plyometrics.   Most movements can be modified and low impact will be shown. Please bring a mat or t-shirt for the 10 minute abdominal portion at the end.

Total Body Pump 

During this 50-minute workout you’ll raise your heart rate and burn significant calories and more importantly you’ll strengthen, shape and tone your entire body. Total Body Pump will have you moving and building towards a healthier you.
