In keeping with the spirit of CrossFit, CrossFit Kids/PreTeens/Teens are for kids of all abilities from serious competitors, to those who have yet to hit their athletic stride.

CrossFit Kids/PreTeens/Teens are programs designed specifically for youth fitness with tailored classes by age. Our programs provide a fun, challenging and supportive environment for youngsters, tweens and teens to make measurable improvements in their fitness.  CrossFit Kids will improve your child's athletic conditioning while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength and coordination.


Group Classes

CrossFit's inclusive definition of fitness makes our Teens/Pre-Teens/Kids programs appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the competitive athlete. Classes are taught by coaches with specialized certificates in children's fitness. Our program's constant variety, hands-on coaching, and focus on technique ensure that participants increase their all-around athleticism, improving fitness for all sports and for life in general.

 Tuesday and Thursday:

CrossFit Kids: 4:30 PM Ages 7-9

CrossFit Pre-Teens: 5:30 PM Ages 10-12

CrossFit Teens: 6:30 PM Ages 13-18

We understand that every child is different, so if your child is on the edge of an age range we are definitely open to talking about them moving up or down depending on what works best for them.


Team Camps

Team Camps are sport-specific CrossFit training programs for your entire team. We tailor the classes based on the skill level of the athletes and movement types required.

Our CrossFit coaches have experience across various sports, training competitive youth teams to highschool WPIAL champions.

Camps run for 6-12 weeks or duration otherwise requested.
