Our trainers conduct a free consultation with each athlete to assess ability, identify growth areas, and establish goals. After this initial meeting we develop a strategic training plan for each client based on sport specificity. Every session is designed to develop more explosive and dynamic movement, greater athleticism, and significant speed. Our team has coached youth athletes, high school State Champions, and Division One Athletes.
Team Camps are sport-specific speed training programs for your entire team. We tailor our 4 core speed components based on the skill level of the athletes and movement types required.
Our performance coaches have experience across various sports, training competitive youth teams to highschool WPIAL champions.
Camps run for 6 -12 weeks or duration otherwise requested.
Our group classes are open to athletes of any skill level and are organized by age. These classes are not sport specified but rather focus on all aspects of speed and explosive movement.
Classes are kept small in size in order to ensure quality coaching. This format uniquely offers young athletes close proximity instruction by our top-tier trainers.
Classes are available Monday and Wednesday.

We begin our personal speed training program with a detailed athletic evaluation. This foundation allows us to establish specific benchmarks to be revisited in order to measure each athlete's tangible progress and growth.
The training is unlike our other offerings in that it is created after consultation with the athlete, every session is tailored to the indiviudal. We have seen this system yield results across sports and develop Division One Athletes.
